What we collect
The details you submit in our forms (name, email, company, message and, for creators, your social profiles), plus campaign-source information (UTM parameters, referrer and landing page) and a pseudonymous hash of your IP address used to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, to assess creator applications, to send growth notes if you subscribe, and to understand which channels bring enquiries. The legal basis is your consent or, for replying to a business enquiry, our legitimate interest.
Who receives it
Only NM Agency and its service providers (hosting, database and transactional email) acting on our instructions.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to hello@agency-nm.com. You can also complain to the CNIL.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a limited period afterwards. Retention periods will be finalized in the reviewed version of this policy.
